The NFB of Indiana is proud to welcome you to our 2026 State Convention! Here is the important information you need to know!
Hotel
We will gather at the Embassy Suites North Hotel in Indianapolis again this year. To reserve your room, you will need a credit card number, but no charges will be applied until you arrive at the Hotel. Room rates are $142 per night, plus tax (currently 17%)

These rooms are all king or queen suites, and can accommodate 4 to 6 guests with ease. Daily Complementary hot breakfast and evening manager's reception are included. Each room comes equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge.
Registration and Banquet
Registration Fee: $35 per person.
Banquet Tickets: $50 per person; must be purchased by September 10 to guarantee your seat.
Boxed Lunches: $15 per box, available for Friday and/or Saturday; must be purchased by September 10 to guarantee availability.
All fees are non-refundable.
Convention Highlights:
Thursday, October 8: Evening Town Hall Meeting, sponsored by NFB Newsline, featuring our 2026 NFB National Representative
Friday, October 9: Convention activities begin at 9:00 a.m., with a meeting of the NFBI Board of directors, followed by presentations and discussions encompassing this year’s theme. Evening highlights include the Convention 2026 Opening Session, and an evening of socialization and games presented by the Michiana Chapter.
Saturday, October 10: The day will be filled with dynamic speakers, break-out sessions, elections, and opportunities for learning and networking. Our Banquet will be held Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m., and our keynote speaker will be our NFB National Representative. Following, join us for our annual progressive auction, where chapters and divisions battle for the traveling trophy, and everyone has a chance to bid on their amazing baskets!
Sunday, October 11: We will begin early with a non-denominational worship service, and continue with the NFBI business session until 12:00 noon.
Donations
All donations will benefit the “Joe Money Memorial Fund”, designed to provide convention attendees with financial assistance to attend the convention.

If 2 people live at the same address, they will be able to fill out one form and make one payment. Be sure and pay close attention to fields in which you must choose for 1 or 2 people.
