The nightly room rate is $139.00 plus tax and optional amenities.
To make a reservation, phone (317)872-7700.  Or you can Book your room online, being sure to use the code word BFN to receive the Convention rate. Space is limited, so Rooms at this preferred rate are going on a first-come, first-served basis.  The deadline for hotel reservations under the NFB Block is Sunday, September 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM.
Please pay careful attention to the highlights below.  Some of our programming elements are different from the way they looked in 2023:

  • Cost is $35.00 per person to register for the Convention itself.
  • Cost is an additional $40.00 for any person wishing to attend the Banquet, which will take place on Saturday evening, October 5.
  • The Banquet ticket is purchased separately from the Convention registration this year.  All Banquet tickets must be purchased no later than Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 11:59 PM.
  • It is possible for a Convention attendee to buy more than one Banquet ticket: for example, if you want to allow for your caregiver or relative to eat even though that companion does not elect to participate in Convention proceedings.
  • The 2024 Banquet will include a progressive auction, giving participants the opportunity to bid on gift baskets that will have been put together by chapters and divisions.
  • The 2024 NFB Indiana State Convention is not a virtual event.  Only the Board Meeting, which takes place from 9:00 till 10:30 AM on Friday, October 4, will be streamed.
  • Families with children are welcome to attend, but you must specify in advance the number of children you will be bringing with you.  A child under the age of 13 may attend Convention but is not required to pay a separate registration fee.
  • This year’s Board election will occur on Saturday afternoon, October 5, prior to the Banquet.  We are not waiting until Sunday morning to hold the election, because we want to make it convenient for the maximum number of participants to vote.  Just as in every other year, though, you must be a confirmed member of the Indiana Affiliate in good standing who has paid dues applying to 2024 in order to be eligible to run for a Board position or to vote for a Board position.
  • You must agree to abide by the NFB Code of Conduct when you register as a Convention participant.  You must abide by it at all times during the course of the Convention, the Banquet, and your hotel stay.
